This is a fishery that is home to both mixed brown and rainbow trout. During the summer, using dry sedge can be an excellent choice, while traditional wet flies work well at other times of the year. If you need them, there are disabled angling stands available.
It's important to be cautious when wading at certain water levels. Remember to only use official entrances and avoid trespassing on adjoining lands. Additionally, please do not park your vehicle in a way that obstructs roadways or gate entrances.

The presence of Zebra Mussels is still preventing the stocking of fish from Movanagher Fish Farm. For more information, please visit Zebra Mussels and impact on fish stocking in the Public Angling Estate.
